Work involves planning, developing, and implementing the STARBASE and STARBASE 2.0 (After-school) programs and providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, and the public. Performs internal/external communications and social media work for the STARBASE Programs and Director including preparing documents, receiving visitors and telephone calls, preparing correspondence, and assisting with a variety of presentation materials. May provide guidance to others. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits, including paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, retirement, and health insurance. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Recruitment Range: $41,206.00 - $50,000.00 DPS uses the Merit-Based Recruitment and Selection Plan to fill positions subject to the State Human Resources Act with the most qualified individuals. The Minimum Education and Experience (E&E) is REQUIRED to qualify for this position. Management Preferences, including Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs), are not required but may be used to determine the pool of most qualified applicants.
