Define and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
Own job routing and allocation logic, optimizing for geography, urgency, and performance while balancing fairness and quality
Establish and evolve pay and pricing models that support both customer competitiveness and sustainable earnings for process servers
Design and manage incentive programs that drive key behaviors such as speed, accuracy, and consistency
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate strategy into scalable systems and tools
Own core marketplace performance metrics (e.g., utilization, time-to-placement, completion rates, cost efficiency) and drive continuous improvement
Identify inefficiencies across the marketplace and implement solutions that improve performance without eroding network trust
Lead experimentation efforts, including pilots and A/B tests, to evaluate and scale changes in dispatch, pricing, and incentives
Partner with data teams to strengthen forecasting, coverage planning, and marketplace insights
Ensure clear communication of marketplace logic and changes across internal teams and to the broader network
Requirements
Experience leading strategy in complex environments such as marketplaces, gig economy platforms, logistics, or similar systems
Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics, pricing strategy, dispatch or routing logic, and incentive design
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes and influence user behavior
Fluency in unit economics and financial modeling, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across cost, quality, and speed
Experience designing and running experiments or pilots with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and setting direction without fully defined roadmaps
Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and strong problem-solving skills
Experience building or scaling systems in early or growth-stage environments preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and strategies
