Senior Accountant - Compensation, GL & Budgeting

Requirements

• CPA required
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience; Big 4 or nationally recognized public accounting firm background preferred
• Strong command of US GAAP, with emphasis on general ledger, budgeting, and accrual accounting
• Experience supporting annual budget preparation and monthly variance analysis in a professional services or financial services environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex formula construction
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Campfire, or comparable platforms; familiarity with Campfire a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a professional accounting or finance context - required; we are an AI-forward team and expect our people to actively leverage these tools in their day-to-day work
• Exposure to international accounting, multi-entity structures, or VAT filings a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a deadline-driven environment
