CI/CD deployment support: support and execute deployments via CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot build/release failures, validate deployments
Change management: create and manage end-to-end ServiceNow change records, ensuring risk assessment, implementation/validation steps, communications, approvals, and rollback plans are complete and audit-ready.
Production support readiness & knowledge handover: receive and validate knowledge handovers from development teams for new releases (behaviour changes, known issues, monitoring/runbook updates) to enable effective post-production support.
Technical verification test (TVT) for Production Release: query application logs to see if there are any errors or unusual activities post deployment (compare to pre-deployment)
Root cause analysis: perform RCA, document findings, implement preventative fixes, and reduce repeat incidents.
Database troubleshooting (required): ability to write/read SQL, query databases
safely, and interpret results during incident investigation and validation.
Log analysis skills (required): confident diagnosing issues via logs/metrics/tracing and correlating across services.
Security patching experience: proven ability to remediate vulnerabilities flagged by scanners (e.g., Snyk) and validate remediation.
Strong English communication (on-call support), documentation, organization, and time management skills.
