We are now building on this strong culture and provision to become a leading provider of accessible higher education. - THE ROLE - Under the leadership of a recently appointed Chief Financial Officer, Finance at UWTSD is embarking on an exciting transformation journey. The function is evolving to become more commercially focused, data-driven, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on automation, process improvement, and enhancing the service we provide to our stakeholders. As Commercial Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, leading the development of a highly commercial, proactive credit control function. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional collections, shaping how we manage income, cashflow, and customer relationships across the University. You will take strategic oversight of end-to-end credit management, working with high-value and complex accounts to drive timely collections and improve cash conversion. Through a focus on process efficiency, system optimisation, and strong stakeholder engagement, you will help deliver sustainable improvements in cashflow, performance, and financial resilience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
