Create visual assets for integrated campaigns across OOH and digital media, social media, emails and website-that's consistent, on-brand, and follows channel best practice
Adapt existing campaign concepts into various formats and sizes across print, digital and motion
Support performance marketing and growth initiatives by designing content across paid social, display advertising and lifecycle comms that drives acquisition and retention
Collaborate closely with the Motion Designer to develop storyboards and visual concepts for a range of motion assets
Partner with Copywriters to ideate, challenge and create effective marketing content together
Take feedback and direction from the Senior Designer and Head of Creative
Contribute to the development and evolution of IG's brand identity, ensuring assets are applied consistently across all channels and formats
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh thinking to the team
Proactively experimenting with and using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency
What you'll need for this role
Extensive background in in graphic design or brand design within marketing or advertising
Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design capabilities across digital and print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
Solid understanding of design for digital media, its specifications and formats
Experience in print production, colour management and setting up artwork for OOH, press and publications
Ability to animate and apply motion to campaign assets and a range of digital content
Experience using or experimenting with AI in a commercial environment
A collaborative, team-first attitude - you bring positive energy to the team, take feedback constructively, and are as invested in your colleagues' success as your own
Desirable skills:
Understanding of websites, responsive design and UX/UI principles
Basic understanding of app design, and creative opportunities within a product experience
Basic understanding of video editing and use of Premiere Pro
Experience using dynamic creative automation tools like Celtra, Bannerflow, StoryTeq or similar for scalable performance marketing
