Responsibilities
- Perform building hazardous materials inspections, oversight, and sampling.
- Support construction safety, industrial hygiene, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and industrial hygiene evaluations.
- Collect and analyze field data; prepare technical reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHS programs and strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance across all deliverables.

Requirements
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related science degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within technology, biotech, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills-clear, concise, and client-focused.
- Willingness to travel to and be at client site(s) for up to 40 hours/week primarily within the Northern California San Fran Bay Area, California.
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
- This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Preferred:
- Master's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related science degree.
- Expertise in California-specific EHS regulations and best practices.
