Job Summary: The R&D Lab Technician plays a critical role in validating the performance, reliability, and safety of data center cooling equipment. This position is responsible for hands-on setup, wiring, instrumentation, and execution of lab testing for both customer validation and new product development. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong electrical, mechanical, and controls aptitude, with the ability to build, modify, and troubleshoot test setups in a dynamic lab environment.
