Job Description: Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for Sushi Prep Cooks . This is a full-time, entry-level position intended to offer the foundational experience necessary to become a sushi chef! We are committed to promoting almost exclusively from within, and to providing training and guidance along the way. As a Sushi Prep Cook, you will be responsible for production of ingredients and setting the sushi line up for success. This includes but is not limited to fish fabrication, sauce work, vegetable and produce prep, and sushi rice prep. This position will primary be scheduled Monday thru Friday from 11AM-8PM. We're offering an hourly range between $16-$20 per hour based on experience. Basic knowledge of fish cleaning and fish butchery is required.
