5% - Work collaboratively with regional business leaders to coordinate, develop, and execute annual business plans for assigned agency partners; monitor results monthly and take action as necessary to achieve the stated goals.

5% - Offer mentoring and guidance for assigned associate underwriter and less experience underwriters in the organization.
5% - Assist with company projects as assigned and continue professional growth and development through the attendance and participation in insurance related events and functions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field is required.
A minimum of five years of insurance underwriting experience is required. Workers' compensation underwriting experience and the active pursuit of professional development and the completion of insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARM, etc.) is strongly preferred.
