About the role

UHP is seeking a Vice President of Program Operations & Delivery to architect and lead the operational execution of our Human Performance and student experience ecosystem. This role is designed for a high-capacity operational leader who thrives in mission-driven, high-accountability environments and can bring structure, synchronization, and consistency to a passionate coaching and experiential education organization. The ideal candidate understands how to manage elite performers without diminishing culture. This leader will serve as the operational backbone connecting coaching teams, student schedules, program execution, campus operations, leadership cadence, experiential delivery, and accountability systems. This is not a traditional academic administrator role. This is a builder/operator role for someone capable of scaling a complex experiential organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution of all Human Performance and experiential programs
  • Build and manage systems that ensure smooth student flow, scheduling, staffing, accountability, and delivery
  • Establish operational standards and scalable processes across all coaching and program functions
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination of coaching staff schedules, coverage, accountability, and communication
  • Partner closely with the SVP of Human Performance to translate philosophy into operational execution
  • Ensure students experience a seamless, organized, transformational environment
  • Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards
  • Create communication rhythms, meeting cadences, staffing structures, and accountability systems
  • Serve as a key integrator between Human Performance, Campus Operations, Hospitality, Student Experience, Outcomes/Placement, and Leadership

  • Schedule & Environment
  • Schedule : Flexibility is required based on campus operational needs, including varying shifts, occasional weekends, and instrcuational coverage requirements across our 800+ acre environment.
  • Work Environment : Fully onsite at 25200 Ranch Road, Gentry, AR 72734 within a fast-paced, immersive human performance and coaching environment. This role requires daily interaction with students, coaches, and leadership teams while operating in a highly collaborative setting.
