Main Responsibilities: Supervise and enhance research methodologies for crop estimation and strategy, ensuring continuous review based on observations from crop tours. Regularly update and maintain databases and time-series data, contributing to the development and refinement of research methodologies and strategies. Collect and evaluate primary and secondary data, performing sanity checks on databases and external sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop automation tools using macros, Power Pivot, and dashboards to make data updates swift and efficient. Identify risks to crop estimates by modeling various scenarios and assessing their potential impact. Monitor crop development regularly using agronomic and statistical tools. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to detect errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures. Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure collective objectives are met. Communicate findings clearly through well-structured and evidence-based crop tour reports. Build industry connections to understand market behavior and obtain real-time crop insights Preferably 3 to 6 years with the right skill sets Strong working knowledge in MS office. Very possess strong analytical skills.
