We are seeking a skilled Senior Designer to join our Underground Transmission Line Engineering team. In this role, you will work on some of our most challenging and complex electrical drafting and design projects. You will create new drawings, revise existing ones, and support field verification activities. The Senior Designer also plays a key role in guiding and mentoring other drafting team members within the group.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CAD experience, a keen attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to critical utility infrastructure projects. Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change.

Starting Rate of Pay: $48.07/hour (increases to $49.19 after six months)
