JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Health Professions division is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic Emergency Medical Services Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom experiences to enhance workplace understanding and performance. Responsible for teaching credit Emergency Medical Services courses. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Associate's degree - Two years full-time related occupational experience. - Current unrestricted National Registered Paramedic. - State of Nebraska recognition as an EMS instructor. - Comply with recommended immunizations and drug testing for clinical participation. Compensation: $580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH) May include day, evening and/or weekend classes and will involve travel to other campuses. A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process. Hiring process includes passing a background check.
