Core responsibilities: Managing the operation of the High Bay Warehouse staff with the following in mind: safety, product safety, accuracy, cost-effectiveness, cleanliness and property protection Handle labor, safety and conduct matters of your subordinates by providing a safe working environment Lead and manage a team of High Bay Warehouse shiftleaders, coordinators, and frontline staff, providing regular guidance, coaching, and performance feedback Timely picking, loading, unloading and administering incoming and outgoing shipments, taking into account the capacities of the Automated Warehouse Ensuring material flow to production areas with appropriate time and quantity of products Developing and implementing strategies to optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and product flow to improve operational efficiency. Keeping contact with external and internal partners and peer departments Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve warehouse performance, such as order accuracy, on-time deliveries, and inventory accuracy ensuring the availability and the best utilization of the resources. Participation in internal audits, effective cooperation in the field of environmental protection Identify work opportunities and encourage suggestions for continuous improvement within your team Organizing annual recurring trainings, checking results, proposing updates of educational material Do you have what it takes? Proven experience in warehouse operations management or production management, preferably in a senior leadership role Demonstrated ability in management and leadership experience from production or logistics organization Advantage: Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), production management systems (PMS), ERP systems, Reporting systems (BI) and other relevant software applications Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization Proficiency in English and Hungarian languages Teammate mentality and good communication skills #LI-PH Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
