Manage day-to-day litigation strategy of complex commercial, business, and financial services litigation Independently manage all phases of litigation across a high-volume litigation portfolio Provide solution-focused recommendations and legal strategy to business partners and outside counsel to proactively mitigate risk Manage outside counsel to create efficient, results-driven approach to complex litigation Clearly and concisely communicate complex legal issues to appropriate business and legal stakeholders for consideration and action Lead all facets of internal investigations, witness preparation, and related activities to support litigation, complaint escalation, administrative charge defense, fair housing complaints, and external investigation defense Able to excel both autonomously and as a part of a team Build cross-functional relationships with legal and business partners to drive information-sharing and sound foundations for proactive management and mitigation of risk About you Rocket is a Detroit-based company made up of businesses that provide simple, fast and trusted digital solutions for complex transactions.
