THE JOB: As a Cook Chill Production Cook at Beau Rivage, you'll be at the heart of the operation, preparing the foundational items that support our world-class restaurants and dining venues across the property. Specializing in large-scale production, you'll create high-quality vegetables, sauces, soups, and pastas using cook chill techniques that ensure consistency, freshness, and exceptional flavor. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to culinary excellence will help every outlet deliver the signature WOW moments that Beau Rivage guests have come to expect. THE STARTING RATE : $16.56 an hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Prepare and execute menu items with precision, following established recipes and culinary standards.
