Head of Enablement - Energy Solutions

About the role

Reporting to the Group General Manager, Energy Solutions, the Head of Enablement plays a pivotal leadership role in enabling the successful execution of the Energy Solutions strategy and operational priorities across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for leading several critical enablement functions including program delivery, procurement, operational excellence, product development, strategy, marketing and governance. You will oversee the operating rhythm of the business, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure strong integration across the broader Ampol Group. As a key member of the Energy Solutions Leadership Team, you will partner closely with senior leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic outcomes, embed sustainable capability and support the continued growth of the Energy Solutions portfolio. This is a highly visible role suited to a strategic and operational leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to transformational business initiatives.
