DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: - Support CI events by collecting data, documenting processes, and preparing basic reports to enable accurate analysis and follow-through on improvement activities. - Assist with process mapping, 5S activities, and waste identification to build foundational CI skills and contribute to project outcomes. - Maintain project documentation, standard work updates, and basic metrics to ensure visibility and sustainment of improvements. - Participate in kaizen events and improvement workshops to gain hands-on experience with Lean tools and team-based problem solving. - Monitor simple operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately to support timely resolution and maintain workflow stability. - Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and communication for CI initiatives to ensure smooth execution of improvement activities. - Collaborate with team members across functions on assigned tasks to build cross-functional understanding and contribute to team progress. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
