As Workday Learning Senior Analyst, you'll take ownership of stabilising and optimising Crown's Workday Learning environment following go‑live, ensuring it is fit for purpose, well governed and ready for long‑term success.
This 12‑month contract role is ideal for a hands‑on Workday Learning specialist who enjoys bringing structure, resolving complexity and building capability. You'll work closely with Learning, People Systems and Risk & Compliance teams to strengthen governance, close configuration gaps and embed sustainable processes that support regulatory confidence and business‑as‑usual operations.

Responsibilities
Stabilise and optimise the Workday Learning environment post go‑live, resolving configuration gaps, data issues and user experience challenges
Configure and enhance learning programs, curricula, rules, notifications and reporting to meet compliance, regulatory and operational requirements
Establish and embed governance frameworks, processes, documentation and quality standards for Workday Learning
Support content owners to manage, standardise and maintain a clean and accessible learning content library
Partner with Learning, People Systems, IT and external Workday partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
Strengthen reporting and audit readiness, ensuring confidence in learning data for regulators and auditors
Build internal capability by upskilling People Systems team members through documentation, coaching and knowledge transfer
Prepare BAU playbooks and handover materials to enable sustainable ownership beyond the contract period
Monitor Workday releases and continuously improve system efficiency, automation and compliance outcomes
Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience configuring and administering Workday Learning
Proven experience stabilising or optimising systems post go‑live in a complex environment
Solid understanding of LMS concepts, content structures, metadata, SCORM/xAPI and reporting
Experience working across HRIS, Learning or People Systems in medium to large organisations
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
Experience creating governance models, process documentation and operational playbooks
Demonstrated capability to upskill teams and deliver effective knowledge transfer
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A degree in HR, Education, IT, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
Workday Pro Learning certification highly regarded
