Manage digital content and communications across websites, online claims forms, and other channels under direct supervision.
Ensure consistent communication with vendors, users, clients, and colleagues on various topics.
Support project planning and documentation by gathering requirements.
Assist team members in conceptualizing and developing new or existing digital content.
Participate in assigned engagements and provide oversight (under supervision), ensuring timely self-review of work products.
Complete tasks efficiently and on time, meeting production expectations within budget constraints.
Maintain documentation of procedures, findings, and client correspondence with effective writing skills.
Adhere to quality control standards and confidentiality requirements, ensuring compliance with firm protocols.
Comply with professional and firm requirements, including time entry and employee handbook guidelines.
Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors and proactively seek guidance when needed.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and perform tasks with professionalism and integrity.
Develop proficiency in firm software, training materials, and presentations while exhibiting adaptability and leadership skills

Able to periodically work overtime and weekends to meet project or client needs.
Requirements
Post graduate / Bachelor's degree in fields related to Business, Legal, Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Data/Computer Science, Marketing/Communications, or an approved related field is required.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Three or more years of consulting advisory (Legal Administration) or knowledge or prior/academic experience related to (a) Legal Administration consulting and advisory services or (b) Legal Administration project management services is preferred.
Possess a capacity for quickly understanding new concepts, workflows, and systems.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and proactive nature.
Critical thinking skill capabilities are essential.
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Able to work in a highly organized manner within a fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with teams.
Computer literate with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (specifically Excel, and Word, Outlook).
Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or related credential is preferred.
