Job Family: Student Regular Wage, Student Work Study Department: Academic Resource Center Supervisor: Stephanie Mooring Job Title: ARC Supplemental Instruction Mentor Job Description: Supplemental Instruction (SI) mentors assist the SI supervisor in supporting, training, and encouraging the SI leaders. SI mentors attend SI training meetings, conduct SI session observations, complete SI observation reports, and meet with the SI supervisor throughout the semester. SI mentors establish rapport with assigned SI leaders and conference with them individually to review their observed performance. SI mentors also assist in the preparation of SI training materials.
