5+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalent
Expert knowledge of community engagement strategies including the development of a holistic architecture of websites, forums, and emerging tools and practices
Energetic self-starter, using data to drive decisions

As our Senior Community Program Manager, you'll play a large role in defining the future direction of our overall investment in communities, internally and externally. Key Role Responsibilities:
Drive the Gaming for Everyone (G4E) community strategy , aligning investments to business priorities and delivering measurable cultural and player impact (e.g., adoption, engagement, sentiment shifts).
Establish and operationalize community health metrics , using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
Build and manage relationships with internal and external community leaders and influencers , in partnership with Community Leads and HR, to ensure sustained engagement and two-way dialogue.
Lead end-to-end execution of G4E programs and events , including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across internal and external audiences.
Develop and execute communication strategies that amplify community voice, increase engagement, and align stakeholders across the organization.
Lead implementation of governance models that drive consistency, accountability, and alignment across communities, geographies, and functions.
Identify and drive integration opportunities across community efforts, product experiences, and customer-facing processes to increase impact and reduce fragmentation.
