Deliver dietetic assessments and interventions across acute adult wards.
Manage a varied inpatient caseload, including general medical patients.
Develop and implement individualised nutrition care plans.
Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues to optimise patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to governance standards.
Qualifications and Experience
HCPC registered Dietitian.
Experience working at Band 6 level or equivalent.
Previous acute hospital experience is essential.
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
