You will perform a dynamic range of duties and functions throughout the hospital
You will assist in basic nursing care, transportation of patients, and clerical functions
Apply your strong interpersonal skills when providing care for patients across a diverse spectrum of ethnic and social groups
Collaborate with health care practitioner or registered nurse for comprehensive quality care
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Medical Assistant-Registered Certification Eligible (Must apply within seven (7) days of hire)
Must obtain Medical Assistant-Registered Certification within sixty (60) days of hire
Nursing Assistant Certification/Licensure
Medical Assistant-Registered Certification Eligible
MA-P credential may be accepted in lieu of MA-R
Current BLS Certification
Recent bed side care experience in a health care environment
