2+ years in Master Data Management , ideally within the Medical Device industry.
Mandatory experience with SAP Master Data Management .
Experience collaborating with senior internal/external stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel , PowerPoint, and Access.
Solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems and data governance.

As a GEM Customer Data & Pricing Administrator supporting our GEM Commercial Operations , you will be trusted to maintain critical customer and pricing master data , ensure compliance with global quality standards , and enable seamless commercial execution across multiple countries. This role can be based in Praha, Czechia or Maroussi - Athens, Greece .
In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer accounts, pricing, and financial data are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts in SAP and CRM within defined SLAs, ensuring correct commercial, financial, and regulatory documentation is in place.
Managing pricing master data , including selling prices, freight charges, promotional setups, and exclusions to ensure accurate invoicing and margin protection.
Investigating and resolving pricing disputes , identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Running and cleansing customer master data reports , ensuring data integrity, preventing account duplication, and supporting audits and compliance activities (ISO 13485, GxP).
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
