ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and analyse cost comparison.. Providing information of all the contract documents, correspondence and other information to ensure a proper performance of contractual obligations. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments All other QS related job REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying Min 5 years and above experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in main-con companies Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Golden software Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines Preferably with working experiences in MRT projects 5 days work week
