Assist with daily dispatch activities, including route tracking and driver support
Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams regarding load status, ETAs, and exceptions
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on‑time performance
Track material flow and report discrepancies or service issues
Update and maintain operational records, manifests, and logs
Support safety and compliance efforts by following company policies and DOT/OSHA guidelines
Help resolve routine service issues such as delays, equipment concerns, or accessorial requests
Enter and maintain accurate data within transportation and dispatch systems
Support other operational tasks as needed to keep daily workflows running smoothly
Requirements
0-3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, manufacturing, or distribution
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with TMS or dispatch systems is a plus
Reliable, dependable, and team‑oriented work style

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Occasional Saturday work may be needed based on operational needs.
Position Overview
