Must be willing and able to obtain proper forklift licensing for Freezer Department. Willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
Must have basic computer knowledge to perform data entry and utilize company email
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills to work with team members and management.
Must be capable of learning all positions in the area. Position also requires basic math skills and the ability work without direct supervision.
Must be able to work without direction and be self-motivated. Must be able and willing to go into the warehouse.
Must adhere to all Safety rules and wear required PPE when on dock and or in warehouse.
Must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum of 1 year lead experience in a poulty processing or related industry
Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
