You bring 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with strong depth in Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management, or non-human identity; plus you understand how AI agents are reshaping identity security requirements.
You have hands-on experience marketing PAM, secrets management, or credential governance solutions. If you've taken a PAM or secrets management product from positioning through launch through competitive displacement, this role is for you.
You have a strong understanding of how identity security needs to evolve to support developers, and AI-builders.
You can market technically complex, infrastructure-level products to two very different audiences: security leaders and engineers, without losing the message for either.
You have a track record in competitive markets where winning meant unseating incumbents or reframing a category, not just occupying one.
Technical Depth
You understand what runtime credential delivery looks like, why long-lived secrets are a structural problem, how secrets brokering works architecturally, and what zero-knowledge encryption actually means in practice..
Working knowledge of the developer toolchain: IDEs, GitHub Actions, CI/CD platforms, and the secrets management patterns that surround them.
AI-Forward, Not AI-Dependent
You use AI agents as a force multiplier. You know which tasks to hand off and which to own, and you can tell the difference between output that's ready to publish and output that still needs your judgment applied to it.
You're not looking for AI to replace your thinking. You're looking for AI to free up time for the things that only a good product marketer can do: strategy, judgment, narrative, and the work that requires genuine expertise to get right.
You own the ideas you bring, AI-assisted or not. When you walk into a room with a recommendation, you can back it up with strategy, data, and a clear point of view. Candidates who can generate content but struggle to explain the thinking behind it don't thrive here.
Strategic Storytelling and Senior-Level Communication
You write at a senior level for multiple audiences. A CISO and a platform engineer are not reading the same document for the same reason, and you know how to serve both without losing the message.
You have strong narrative instincts: you open with a problem, bui

We're looking for a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our AI-focused products and capabilities as part of our Unified Access suite. This is a senior-level individual contributor role with high organizational visibility, operating at the intersection of technical depth, strategic influence, and market storytelling. You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing and sit alongside a talented team of technical product marketers, solutions product marketers, and product leaders, managing some of the highest-visibility launches for one of the most beloved cybersecurity brands on the market today.

This role is built for the AI-native PMM. You'll use AI agents as a force multiplier, handling research, synthesis, and first drafts so you can move faster, while keeping strategy, narrative, and judgment firmly in your own hands. At this level, you're expected to model what that looks like.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
