Support ALO's Data & Insights Strategy: Help shape and execute ALO's approach to data utilization, analytics, dashboards, automation, and insight generation. Identify opportunities to improve how data is used to inform operational and strategic decisions.
Advance Governance & Prioritization : Support intake processes, prioritization routines, and governance practices that align reporting and analytics work to ALO and enterprise priorities. Help create greater visibility and consistency across requests, initiatives, and deliverables.
Partner Cross-Functionally : Work with Shared Services, Data Governance, and enterprise analytics partners to promote aligned processes, terminology, data definitions, and reporting standards. Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
Translate Data into Business Value : Develop, enhance, and deliver reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations that make complex information easier to understand and act on. Help business partners turn data into practical insights and decisions.
Operate with Hands-On Analytical Depth : Bring strong working knowledge of data, reporting, and analytics tools to contribute directly to work products, solve problems, and build credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
Drive Innovation in Data & AI : Explore and apply emerging tools, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve decision-making, efficiency, and operational outcomes. Support thoughtful adoption of new approaches that create measurable business value.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience supporting analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data strategy initiatives
Hands-on experience with data tools, dashboards, or analytics environments
Ability to translate complex data into clear business value and actionable insights
Experience helping build governance, standards, or scalable reporting frameworks
Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams in a highly matrixed environment
Strongly Preferred
Experience with Snowflake, Dataiku, Power BI, and Power Apps
Background in AI implementation or leveraging AI within business processes
Prior experience in insurance, annuities, or life operations
