This is a unique opportunity to network with some of the most innovative leaders in the Store Design and Construction space across the retail industry! How it Works: Applicants are encouraged to submit their application and will be contacted by a member of the Talent Acquisition team if they are selected to participate in the Career Fair. Participants will have 15 minute interview style 'meet and greets' with members from our Store Design and Construction team. What to Know: Applicants must be comfortable accessing our offices between NY (Flatiron) and NJ (Jersey City), as all positions are onsite. The Project Manager, Store Design plays a key role in delivering elevated, brand aligned retail environments across Full Price, Off Price, and Travel Retail formats in international markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys partnering cross functionally, balancing creative design intent with budget, schedule, and constructability, and proactively solving challenges. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and brings a disciplined, solutions oriented mindset to every project. A Day in the Life: Our Project Managers manage the full lifecycle of store design projects-from early concept through store opening-working in close partnership with the VP, Store Design and cross‑functional teams. You will develop and review conceptual designs, translate business and operational requirements into effective spatial solutions, and ensure global design standards are consistently executed across regions. Throughout each project, you'll oversee budgets, schedules, technical documentation, landlord approvals, and on‑site execution, while anticipating risks, resolving issues, and aligning stakeholders to keep projects moving forward efficiently and with design excellence. To Land This Role: Bachelor's degree required; Architecture or Interior Design degree preferred 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting retail design projects Experience in both traditional design firms and field construction environments strongly preferred Portfolio demonstrating conceptual design development and completed, built projects Ability to develop concept sketches and work efficiently within tight timelines Experience supporting international retail markets preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects across varying phases Ability to maintain project budgets and schedules, along with material procurement Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 165,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience
