Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in infrastructure operations, cloud operations, or DevOps engineering
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, storage systems, and experience with IPv4/IPv6 networking, Linux/Windows Server administration, and infrastructure automation
Hands-on experience automating infrastructure deployments, managing virtualization platforms, storage systems, and troubleshooting operational issues in cloud or hybrid environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative culture
Experience managing teams specialists across cloud operations, infrastructure operations, or DevOps engineering roles
Strong hands-on background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization (VMware, OpenStack), and infrastructure-as-code tooling
Experience with automation frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Python, shell scripting)
Solid understanding of IPv4/IPv6 networking and experience with cloud network architecture and automation
Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response in cloud or hybrid environments
Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements through automation and embrace modern DevOps practices
Track record of mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth
Knowledge of Cisco products and cloud infrastructure context
