Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation or JD/LLM a plus
CPA or JD required
5+ years of experience in public accounting
Strong state tax background, including experience with consolidated C corporations, partnerships, and S corporations
Experience with state and local income tax compliance and consulting, including apportionment, state modifications, nexus considerations, unitary/combined reporting, and state-level tax planning
Familiarity with state-level implications of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and management skills, with proven experience leading teams and engagements
Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and communicate complex state tax issues clearly and effectively
