Project Manager- Residential Construction

Responsibilities

• Review project details the evening before each job
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
• Oversee progress and keep everything on track
• Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
• Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials

Requirements

• Construction or project management experience (roofing, siding, gutters, windows a plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Tech-savvy and organized
• Comfortable managing multiple projects per day
• Valid driver's license and a strong work ethic
