Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Development, with understanding of such transactions and processes.
• Important to have been part of a deal team for at least 2 closed M&A deals
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills coupled with relevant background in Finance.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Team player and motivated self-starter who is able to work independently and is results-driven.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command of / fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Fluency in a regional Asian language is desirable.
• High degree of integrity.

Additional Information

Key Areas of Responsibilities Support the day to day origination and execution of Investment Banking transactions, including buyside/ sellside M&A and Corporate Finance projects. Prepare financial analysis (including financial modelling) and valuation materials. Key resource for execution of deals. Prepare presentations & project materials for clients. Support in the identification and marketing of opportunities with clients, including participation in marketing efforts, preparation of client pitches. Prepare relevant market research and to keep apprised of market news/ information. Support due diligence. Support relevant client onboarding and team administration.
