This is a US based position. The role is remote based, but the selected candidate must travel to a Siemens Healthineers site to support the business as needed. Must be based on the US East Coast within travel distance from a Siemens location. This role will report to the Director of Supply Planning Excellence for the Core Laboratory Solution (CLS) of Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics Division. This role will support CLS Global Supply Planning team for all business required analytics and reporting needs. As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for: - Supports function level data harmonizing and cleansing from operation level systems to drive process data quality - Data owner of CLS SCM inventory projection, scrap tracking and projection, IBP data pull, OOO tracking and projection. - Creates and publishes KPI reporting dashboards across the end-to-end Supply Chain Processes. Focus will be on planning organizing the performance reporting for the team to drive performance and provide management insights - Collaborates with DLS team to understand supply chain metrics and uses embedded analytics to support function level business process analysis - Collaborating with DLS functions and Business Units subject matter experts across the enterprise to support the development, streamlining / improving existing reporting systems and processes - Maintains SCM Reporting master glossary of terms and definitions. - Assisting business function and process subject matter experts with data science focused analytical thinking for improved planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. - Supports testing of new applications, reporting and supports evolving planning function needs and user requirements - Represents Global Planning Function as a business and data process subject matter expert - Assists business function subject matter experts with data analysis to support process improvement initiatives. Required skills to have for the success of this role - BS / BA with a concentration in Supply Chain/ Data Science/ Analytics or related degree required. - Solid Supply Chain business acumen with experience in working with data and applying analytics techniques - Proficient with SQL and experience with relational SQL and nonSQL databases. - Knowledge of IT systems, Kinaxis, ERPs (SAP) data architecture and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analytics and visualization such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc. - 5+ years of experience in supply chain - Willing to travel up to 15% Who we are : We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The base pay range for this position is: $95,590 - $131,439 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
