Your day-to-day responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain and procurement specialists supporting engineering programs Act as the primary supply chain partner for R&D, aligning sourcing strategies with development timelines, cost targets, and compliance requirements Manage sourcing and procurement across approved and new suppliers, ensuring quality, regulatory, and corporate policy adherence Coordinate supply chain activities across multiple concurrent development projects, supporting prototyping and pre-production readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, including leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing procurement and supplier development in engineering or R&D environments
• Strong project management capability across multiple parallel development programs
• Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or semiconductor
• Certifications such as PMP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Six Sigma
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital sourcing or supplier management tools
