Your mission En tant que Chef(fe) de projet, vous êtes responsable du pilotage global du dispositif projet : cadrage et planification, animation de la gouvernance (comités, rituels, comptes rendus), coordination des parties prenantes métiers et IT, suivi des livrables, gestion des risques/dépendances/alertes et reporting régulier auprès du sponsor. Vous veillez au respect des exigences qualité, coûts et délais, tout en portant la communication et la conduite du changement pour garantir l'adhésion des équipes et la pérennisation des résultats. RESPONSABILITES DETAILLEES Piloter des projets de transformation Supply Chain afin d'améliorer la performance et l'efficacité opérationnelle à l'échelle stratégique. Analyser les processus Supply Chain existants (end-to-end) et identifier les axes d'amélioration prioritaires. Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions (process, organisation, outils) pour optimiser la performance Supply Chain. Coordonner les équipes impliquées (Distribution, Transport, IT, etc.) et sécuriser la bonne exécution du plan projet. Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs), analyser les écarts et piloter les plans d'actions correctifs. Préparer la communication, la conduite du changement et la formation, afin d'assurer une adoption durable des nouveaux processus et outils. Piloter le budget du projet et contribuer aux gains de performance attendus. Accompagner les métiers dans la prise en main des solutions déployées et garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques. Favoriser l'adoption des bonnes pratiques et des standards au sein de l'organisation. Who you are ? Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en logistique, opérations ou supply chain, Diplôme Bac+3/Bac+5 en Logistique, Supply Chain ou Management. Compétences Gestion de projet : cadrage, planning, budget, risques, comités, reporting. Expérience significative en gestion de projet (idéalement transformation Supply Chain / opérations) : 5 ans et plus. Conduite du changement : communication, formation, accompagnement, animation d'ateliers. Amélioration continue : analyse de processus, définition de standards. Formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur, commerce ou équivalent). Aisance avec les données et les indicateurs (Excel/BI) ; connaissance d'ERP et d'outils Supply Chain appréciée (WMS, TMS...) Soft skills : leadership, sens du service, pragmatisme, capacité de synthèse, orientation résultats. Capacité à piloter des parties prenantes multiples et à travailler en environnement matriciel.
