Assemble and test new equipment prior to delivery.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and maintenance on Nilfisk equipment in the workshop.
Dismantle, repair, reassemble, and test machines to Nilfisk standards.
Manage workshop parts, including receiving, storing, and allocating items to the correct job.
Assist with dispatch, receiving goods, and customer drop‑offs when required.
Communicate with customers and provide clear updates about their equipment.
Complete digital job documentation accurately, including labour hours and parts used.
From time to time, customer site visits may be required to support field-based service technicians.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in mechanical or automotive servicing,
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving ability,
Experience working with mobile equipment, electrical or hydraulic systems,
Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused approach,
High attention to detail, especially with documentation and parts allocation,
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital service systems,
A current unrestricted driver's licence, and
The ability to safely lift, carry, and manoeuvre heavy equipment following workplace safety standards,
