Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and materials
Organize and maintain inventory for accuracy and accessibility
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies
Pick, pack, and stage parts for internal or customer use
Update inventory records in internal systems and spreadsheets
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and service teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry items up to 30-50 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping
Ability to work in a warehouse/parts room environment (may include varying temperatures)
Comfort using basic warehouse equipment (e.g., carts, step ladders)
