Strong mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset

Pay Transparency Statement - Compensation
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $30.2-to $35.98; however, d epending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages, and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location.

Job Description
Position Overview: Shift (Day shift ( 7am to 330PM)
This position will help keep our injection molding equipment running smoothly. In this role, the incumbent will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations. Incumbent be working on Hypet, HPP 5.0, G Line, and Neisse machines to help ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Follow all safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and GMP practices
Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, and support equipment
Work on Hypet, HPP 5.0, G Line, and Niessie systems
Keep an eye on machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot common molding issues like short shots, contamination, and color problems
Handle material purging and assist with process adjustments
Perform color changeovers and maintain color systems
Diagnose and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum-related issues
Operate and troubleshoot dryers and other auxiliary equipment
Keep accurate records of maintenance work and process changes
Communicate with team members about equipment issues and solutions
