Reimagine What's Possible
We have an immediate opening for Lead Production Technicians at our Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex (ENZHEC) facility in Edmonton, AB . The Lead Production Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and participation in the maintenance of the facility equipment. ENZHEC is a complex plant incorporating three distinct operating areas: Air Separation and Hydrogen Liquefaction (cryogenic processes), Hydrogen Production (autothermal reforming with carbon dioxide capture), and Power and Utilities (including a steam turbine and combined cycle hydrogen-fired gas turbines).
Our Lead Production Technicians work on one of four (4) ten-person shift teams and are assigned to one of nine (9) positions within the factory. The tenth position on a shift team is the Lead Technician, who oversees production activities across the entire factory. Production Technicians are cross trained to allow work in multiple positions. A single shift is twelve (12) hours long and a set of shifts (up to 7 consecutive shifts depending upon schedule) involves working both dayshift and night shift.
