What you can look forward to in this role Serving as a reliable backup to the Sales team by providing support in documentation handling, CRM updates, lead generation, quotation preparation for customers, and report creation. Being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction. Maintaining high standards in reporting and analysis to consistently produce quality outcomes. Proficiently creating quotations and specifications (AX and IQS/CPQ) to meet customer requirements. Efficiently handling price list updates and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to the Authority Matrix and maintaining a systematic archiving process. What does it take to become our new team member? Highly keen on learning Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure. Previous experience working as a Sales/Customer Care Representative would be appreciated. Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way - both verbally and in writing in Turkey and English. Proven experience working with MS Office, Excel skills.
