About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Supply Chain Specialist to join Crown's Supply Chain function, playing a key role in optimising end‑to‑end supply chain operations across our sites. This role is responsible for analysing processes, systems and data to identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks and enhance supply chain performance. Working across procurement, warehouse, logistics and operational teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices and support the delivery of innovative solutions that improve productivity and operational outcomes. With a strong focus on data‑driven decision making, this role plays a critical part in strengthening supply chain capability, systems and reporting. Key responsibilities include: Performing data‑driven analysis to optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes, material flow and resource utilisation Identifying and resolving system and process gaps across WMS, ERP and reporting platforms Leading continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity and service outcomes Supporting strategic projects through data modelling, value stream mapping and root cause analysis Partnering with stakeholders across operations to streamline processes, reporting and performance measures About You This role suits an analytical, solutions‑focused supply chain professional who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments.
