POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist, by the Board of Medical Examiners, State of California. Current Healthcare Worker Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Knowledge/Experience: Knowledge and application of Physical Therapy professional practice, code of ethics and regulatory requirements. Competent working knowledge of standard practice procedures and equipment used in delivering physical therapy in the inpatient and/or outpatient environment. Knowledge of and ability to follow infection control procedures in patient care settings.
