We are looking for a Student Assistant who is organized, proactive, and takes ownership of their work in a fast-paced, international setting. You will join the Marine People team, where you will work closely with colleagues across People & Culture and Fleet Management & Technology (FMT), supporting the day-to-day processes that ensure our seafarers are enabled to perform at their best. At Maersk, our vessels are powered not only by technology but by the people who operate them. As part of the Marine People team, you will contribute to maintaining high-quality data, efficient administrative processes, and strong stakeholder coordination, while also supporting selected strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the HR Head within a function that plays a critical role in crew operations.
