Employee Assistance ProgramAnnual Education AllowanceGenerous Referral ProgramFun and collaborative company culture with lots of team-building eventsFriends and Family rates for Level Hotels & Furnished Suites, The Opus Hotel and The Emily HotelWhat Will You Do?The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Targets and develops new business opportunities through various channels such as prospecting, solicitation, social media outlets, networking events, conducting site inspections and outbound sales calls (traveling required), etc.Develops and maintains key accounts within assigned vertical market segments.Conducts research, surveys, personal investigation, and study marketplace and territory to effectively capitalize on booking opportunities.Adheres to established goals and objectives, reporting guidelines consistently, completing all projects assigned in an accurate and thorough manner.Organizes and tracks sales activities to maximize results.Performs daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts.Responds to all leads in a timely manner (Same day)Prepares sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.Strengthens and builds relationships with assigned accounts through sales visits, client entertainment, site inspections, and repeated follow-up.Develops and promotes product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns, social media presence, and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows.Conducts outside sales calls, while targeting results-oriented high revenue potential sales calls to ensure success.Keeps up to date for competitors' top accounts, decision-makers, rates, and what it will take to move the business from within the competitive set.Networks with prospects to uncover other decision-makers for direct referrals.Creates sales proposals and negotiates the close of the sale.Plans and organizes market reviews, conducts sales blitzes, and organizes open houses for new properties.Manages guest concerns and resolves as appropriate consulting with appropriate departments.Assists with the mentoring and supervision of the sales coordinator.Closely works with communicating to all departments: operations, housekeeping, engineering, and residential teams.Performs other duties as required.What You BringSelling skills, which are at a minimum above the industry average, including but not limited to prospecting, rate and contract negotiating, business planning and cold calls.A minimum of four years' hospitality sales experience in the Corporate Housing Market and/or an excellent network of clients.A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.Commitment to exceeding guest/client expectations.Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including a Hotel PMS and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Sales Force.Superior written and oral communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set daily priorities.Be an active member of industry and networking organizations.Ability to travel as required.Salary Range:$85K - $100K / SalaryVision insurance
