The Supervisor will conduct performance appraisals, manage workflow, and coach staff. The Supervisor will make independent decisions relating to the completion of assigned tasks according to agency standards, policies, and procedures. Incumbent serves as property liaison between vendors and various program departments. Requires collaboration with all levels of management and leadership staff. Position requires fundamental repair/fix-it person experience for labor tasks including skills for a wide range of basic repairs. Please review the full job flyer here: Facilities Supervisor Job Flyer Essential Duties And Responsibilities Within a team environment, the HS Facilities Supervisor will perform the following responsibilities: Supervisory/Leadership (50%) Training (25%) Facility Maintenance (25%) Job Specifications Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED). Experience: Relevant experience with management and supervisory techniques. Relevant building maintenance skills and experience, such as painting and cleaning.
