Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on org design, change management, role clarity, workforce planning, and restructuring when required.
  • Support leaders through business transformations, ensuring teams are aligned, engaged, and equipped for success.
  • Partner with COEs (Comp & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Ops) to implement scalable HR programs.
  • HR Operations & Policy Governance
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, employee processes, and compliance with India labour laws.
  • Provide guidance on compensation decisions, promotion cases, and internal mobility.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations for seamless onboarding, transfers, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in an HR Business Partnering role supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, HR best practices, and current market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience managing change, driving culture, and influencing leaders.
  • Ability to build credibility, manage ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Master's degree in human resources
